WQAD-TV 3 Degree GuaranteeEriksen Chevrolet-Buick sponsors the WQAD-TV 3 Degree Guarantee charitable donation program, which airs nightly on WQAD-TV/Channel 8 and appears during the weathercast during the 10PM News. For each time the Channel 8 weather team forecasts the correct high temperature for that day (within 3 degrees) Eriksen Chevrolet- Buick Inc. donates $20.00 to a cumulative charitable fund.The total donation for March, 2013 was $500.00, and the recipient was New Kingdom Trailriders. New Kingdom Trailriders is an equine assisted therapeutic riding program for disabled individuals. About 80% of the riders are children, but riders age 3 and up are accepted. NKT has been providing safe, therapeutic riding for over 25 years in the IA/IL Quad Cities region. They have worked with riders that have autism, ADHD, ADD, Cerebral Palsey, Mental Retardation, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, stroke and many other disabilities. They do not receive any federal or state funding, relying on donations and local foundation grants for program support and are operated primarily by volunteers. Milan Improvement Project (MIP)The Milan Improvement Project (MIP) craft fair is held at Eriksen Chevrolet Buick the first Sunday in May and the first Sunday in October. MIP is all volunteer run and all proceeds go toward projects in Milan. Some examples are: The annual Milan 4th of July fireworks display, the big playground at Camden Park, lights on 4th street, proceeds have helped the ball teams and their parks, and the Milan Community Center was furnished with MIP funds.Booth rental information and any other questions should be directed to MIP President, Betty Boltz at (309) 787-6502. |

Community RoomJust down the hall from the new vehicle showroom is our delivery/community room. We use this room as a second showroom as well as for delivering vehicles to our customers.This room is also available for use by non profit organizations to hold meetings.
