Parts Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for keeping vehicles clean, maintained, and completing daily vehicle inspections prior to operating.
  • Responsible for keeping delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected secure at all times.
  • Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management.
  • Ability to operate a fork truck
  • Ability to unload heavy items
  • Assist with staging Collision Department orders and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
  • Familiar with automotive parts.
  • Ability to operate other light store equipment
  • No GPS provided

    Sales and Leasing Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
    • Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
    • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features
    • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to the General Manager
    • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
    • Focus on the ease of doing business with the client to create a lifelong sales relationship, and enhancing the customer experience while they are in the dealership or shopping online

    Part-Time Receptionist

    Job Description

    Greeting and assisting guests, answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls, taking messages, and managing visitor logs and mail. Key responsibilities also include providing basic information, performing clerical tasks like data entry, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, and supporting office staff with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression of the organization. $15/hour

    Key Responsibilities

    • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

    Service Advisor

    Responsibilities

    • Working understanding of automotive mechanical systems
    • Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
    • Secure agreement with customer before repair
    • Determine warranty eligibility
    • Prioritize repairs needed to be completed by the mechanics
    • Follow-up on the repair with mechanics/ keep customers informed

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent and one or more years minimum experience as a Service Advisor

    Lube Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Drain old oil and replace with new, top off other fluids (brake, coolant, washer)
    • Install new oil, air, cabin filters, and windshield wipers.
    • Check and adjust tire pressure, perform rotations.
    • Inspect undercarriage, engine, and battery; identify potential repairs and preventive maintenance needs.
    • Report findings and recommendations to service advisors, create service reports.
    • Operate equipment (lifts), maintain cleanliness, ensure proper use of materials.

    Qualifications

    • General mechanical aptitude, ability to follow detailed instructions.
    • Ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and work with hands.

    Automotive Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
    • Perform routine services like oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
    • Fix or replace worn parts (brakes, sensors, transmissions) and repair engines, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
