Sales and Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features
  • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to the General Manager
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Focus on the ease of doing business with the client to create a lifelong sales relationship, and enhancing the customer experience while they are in the dealership or shopping online

Service Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Working understanding of automotive mechanical systems
  • Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
  • Secure agreement with customer before repair
  • Determine warranty eligibility
  • Prioritize repairs needed to be completed by the mechanics
  • Follow-up on the repair with mechanics/ keep customers informed
  • Handle telephone inquiries/return phone calls

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and one or more years minimum experience as a Service Advisor
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Sales skills and ability to make appropriate service recommendations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid computer skills-must be able to enter data accurately and quickly
  • Ability to problem solve in an efficient and effective manner

Lube Technician

Responsibilities

  • Drain old oil and replace with new, top off other fluids (brake, coolant, washer)
  • Install new oil, air, cabin filters, and windshield wipers.
  • Check and adjust tire pressure, perform rotations.
  • Inspect undercarriage, engine, and battery; identify potential repairs and preventive maintenance needs.
  • Report findings and recommendations to service advisors, create service reports.
  • Operate equipment (lifts), maintain cleanliness, ensure proper use of materials.

Qualifications

  • General mechanical aptitude, ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and work with hands.
  • Teamwork, customer focus, communication, eagerness to learn, attention to detail.

Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Perform routine services like oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
  • Fix or replace worn parts (brakes, sensors, transmissions) and repair engines, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct safety checks and state-regulated emissions inspections.
  • Test parts and systems, and road-test vehicles to confirm repairs are successful.
  • Maintain detailed records of work, parts, and hours.
  • Explain issues and repairs clearly to customers.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
  • Stay current with automotive technology and earn certifications

Qualifications
