Overall my experience was good. It’s one little thing I was irritated with. It’s a minor thing, but I spent $600. Which included an oil change, I notice when I got home they did not put a new sticker in the window indicating when my next oil change is. I know it’s minor but it’s irritating. The gal that took care of me from the start to the end was polite, professional and informative.

I could have all done in one day, rather than come back another day for the work. I appreciate their accommodating my schedule to avoid the return. I came in for a regular oil change and requested that my battery also be tested since it was 8 years old. The battery was found to be below 50 percent, so I agreed to have it changed. I was disappointed that the navigation screen was blank when I drove out of the lot. Farther down the road the main screen finally appeared, a little less disappointed. I tapped the navigation and radio icons, even less disappointed. When I arrived home, I was able to finally figure out how to pair my phone with my Tahoe. The disappointment could have been avoided if I had been shown by the Dealer how to do this before leaving instead of doing this while driving. I am a retired Caterpillar Engineer where one of my jobs was Risk Abatement and Regulatory Compliance.
