I came in for a regular oil change and requested that my battery also be tested since it was 8 years old. The battery was found to be below 50 percent, so I agreed to have it changed. I was disappointed that the navigation screen was blank when I drove out of the lot. Farther down the road the main screen finally appeared, a little less disappointed. I tapped the navigation and radio icons, even less disappointed. When I arrived home, I was able to finally figure out how to pair my phone with my Tahoe. The disappointment could have been avoided if I had been shown by the Dealer how to do this before leaving instead of doing this while driving. I am a retired Caterpillar Engineer where one of my jobs was Risk Abatement and Regulatory Compliance.

When I dropped my car off and I told the gentleman about my low tire.. they did nothing about it..they need it was a low tired because when I picked it up it blue paper on it saying low tired.. they did nothing.. so here I am.. have to take my car to a tir shop.. because they did nothing about it.. I’m not happy.. because it wasn’t my fault and I told them.. they didn’t do a thing about it.. and I told them.. I will not be going back to them.. I will choose some place else.. because there’s guys screwed up.. they really inconvenience me..

The dealership had my car for two days, after it failed to start and it was towed in. Diagnosed with a bad starter, replaced and I paid $1500 and picked it up. Within an hour of me leaving the dealership, after stopping for an errand, the car would not start again, displaying all the same symptoms as when it happened the first time -- flashing lights, refusal to crank or start, etc.

Jeremiah in service helped me connect with Tim in the Collision Center. Tim graciously took pictures and did a write up and communicated with our insurance company. Insurance companies are not easy to deal with but he remained professional. We were particularly pleased it was worked out so our Chevy received true Chevy parts. Wanted our Chevy a Chevy not a Johnny Cash-mobile of mixed foreign after market parts. Tim pointed us in the right direction all along including for our rental car while ours was in the shop. Truly appreciated this personal interest in us. Thanks so much.

Even though, I arrived early, vehicle service began right away. I was shown a part requiring replacement before being replaced. Oil change, wheel rotation and vehicle inspection was completed quicker than expected. The waiting area was very nice with amenities.

I took the car in for the first oil change and asked if someone could look at the connection in the car for the phone. I'm supposed to be able to push a button and ask to have a phone call made or send a text message; sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. the tech checked my phone for updates I might have missed and it was up to date. supposedly some kind of test was run but the problem still exists. is this an issue I will continue to have or is it possible to have it fixed?

As always I was pleased with the experience. 1) I had service for an oil change and filter change - a normal need. 2) I needed to have the tire moniter on all tires replaced - a rather unusual request but done well. I left the service area satisfied that I had received the best treatment.
